I had a bloody nose because I didn't drink water. Then Mommy blocked with paper. I made an excuse that I was afraid of getting blood on my journal. Dad and Mom said, it will not happen. Then I laughed so hard that more blood came. Mom blocked it again. It stopped, I laughed.
Nose bleeding happened too frequently. We will need humidifier and notion. Please also remember to drink more water, eat more vegetables and vitamins. Do you know the nutrition pyramid? Please eat all sorts of foods to get balanced nutrition.
