My plate and you is just like using my plate but it is a different book it has more information it tells you what food group has what good part like vegetables have vitamins. Fruit has vitamins like vegetables. Grains have carbohydrates and it probably tells you to eat whole grains. Protein has protein like it's name and dairy has calcium. It also tells you about exercise and other ways to stay healthy and you remember how my plate looks but it is like this:
