Using my plate is about my plate. My plate is like the food pyramid it reminds you to eat a little from every food group. Each color represents a food group. Orange represents the grains group. Green represents the vegetable group. Red represents the fruit group. Purple represents the protein group. And blue represents the dairy group.
My plate looks like a dinner plate with a glass of milk. So the grains group takes a quarter of the plate and so does vegetable,fruit, and protein. The dairy group is in the glass of milk. The wider the color is the more of the group you need to eat. My plate looks just like this:
