Down by the lake

Once upon a time there was a lake that had so many people around it. It sounds like a person talking. It will tell a story the most common story you hear is:  Once upon a time which is a repeating story when you're hungry they say wait till the end but the truth is there is no end you will get starved. You're lucky if you hear this story which does have an end. But try not to come most likely you will hear once upon a time.
