Heath apps

Starting from yesterday I used my dads health apps to get skinnier. I started with body exercises then leg then arm. Today I used his yoga app for animal poses. I also make up my own exercises. My favorite one in all of the exercises is But kickers. My sisters favorite is jump rope. I put all them in one category. It was called health. I like how it is helpful to my health now I do these every night
