I wish I could sleep earlier at night. On a good day I can fall asleep by ten if I go to bed before 8:30pm. Even from 9:00-10:00 it still takes of long period of me rolling around in bed and changing locations before I fall asleep. In the morning, I'm wide awake, NOT. I'm so sleepy I may waste 3-10 minutes getting out of bed and changing. I cannot sleep early at all. The only times I ever fall asleep when I don't want to is during vacation return trips which in I end up feeling my med at 3 in the morning. Strangely I'm wide awake in the morning after it. Well, let's say goodbye before I... doze off for the night.
